To effectively take advantage of the ESSER program, partners first had to understand its regulations and how to help their education customers utilize it. Pinnacle utilized resources provided by the TD SYNNEX Microsoft Education team to create a multi-pronged Interactive Solution Guide to serve three distinct purposes-- to explain the ESSER program, to help TD SYNNEX partners understand how to assist customers in claiming funding, and to promote Windows 11 for Education devices as preferable upgrades for customers' outdated technology.
Pinnacle created a custom digital strategy to serve LinkedIn sponsored content posts to a select, qualified audience of education-focused TD SYNNEX partners, driving to a landing page linked to the Microsoft Education Federal Funding Guide.
