Framework public sector deal reg protection via IQ is 12% (Compute) or 20% (Storage). If there is no deal reg, then contract pricing is returned.

Escalated Pricing Big Deal minimum is $130k list price for public sector (as of Feb. 2021)

Free freight for deals $200k or less (list price). Freight is charged if Escalated Pricing is used.
